SIDBI Grade A શું છે

SIDBI, એટલે Small Industries Development Bank of India, ભારતમાં માઇક્રો, સ્મોલ અને મધ્યમ સ્થિતિ કાર્બનિક વ્યવસાય (MSME) નાણાકીય કંપનીઓના લાઇસન્સિંગ અને નિયંત્રણ માટેની ટોચની નિયંત્રક સંસ્થા છે. Grade A ભરતીમાં જનરલ સ્ટ્રીમ અને લિગલ, ઇન્ફર્મેશન ટેકનોલોજી, રાજભાષા જેવી સ્પેશિયાલિસ્ટ સ્ટ્રીમમાં Assistant Manager ની જગ્યાઓ ભરતી થાય છે.

RBI, NABARD, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA અને IFSCA સાથે નિયંત્રક અને વિકાસ બેંકની Grade A પરીક્ષાની જગ્યાએ આ સંસ્થા બેસે છે. જનરલ બેંકની જેમ ખુલ્લી વેપારિક શાખ જાળ નથી, અહીં કામ એ છે કે કંપનીઓને ફાઇનાન્સિંગ, ઉદ્યોગ સંરચનાઓને સીધું લેન, સ્ટાર્ટઅપ માટેનું Fund of Funds અને MSME રોકડ પર નીતિ બનાવવાનું છે.

કોણ અરજી કરી શકે

જનરલ સ્ટ્રીમમાં કોમર્સ, ઇકોનોમિક્સ, મેથેમેટિક્સ, સ્ટેટિસ્ટિક્સ, બિઝનેસ એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેશન કે ઇજનેરિંગમાં સ્નાતકની ડિગ્રી અને ઓછામાં ઓછા 60 ટકા ગુણ જોઈએ, જ્યારે SC, ST અથવા PwBD ઉમેદવારને 50 ટકા જોઈએ. CS, CMA કે ICWA, CFA, CA તથા કોઈપણ વિષયમાં MBA કે PGDM ધરાવતા ઉમેદવાર માટે પણ સમાન્તર માર્ગ નોટિફિકેશનમાં દર્શાવેલા છે.

વય મર્યાદા નોટિફિકેશનની કટ ઓફ તારીખ મુજબ 21 થી 30 વર્ષ છે, અને 2025 ચક્રમાં આ તારીખ 14 જુલાઈ 2025 હતી. OBC, SC, ST, PwBD અને એક્સ સર્વિસમેનને છૂટછાટ મળે છે. સ્પેશિયાલિસ્ટ સ્ટ્રીમ માટે પ્રોફેશનલ લાયકાત માંગવામાં આવે છે.

પરીક્ષા કેવી રીતે ચાલે છે

પસંદગી ત્રણ તબક્કાની પ્રક્રિયા છે. Phase I પ્રિલિમિનરી સ્ક્રીનિંગ પરીક્ષા 200 ગુણનું છે, જેમાં English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, English વર્ણનાત્મક લેખન અને અર્થવિજ્ઞાન કેન્દ્રિત Economic and Social Issues આવે છે. ખોટા જવાબ પર નકારાત્મક ગુણદાંડ લાગુ પડે છે.

Phase I ના વિભાગીય અને કુલ કટ ઓફ પાસ કરનાર ઉમેદવાર Phase II માં આગળ વધે છે, જે એન્લાઇન મેઇન પરીક્ષા 200 ગુણનું છે. તેમાં General English વર્ણનાત્મક પેપર અને MSME ક્ષેત્ર, બેંકિંગ, ફાઇનાન્સ, મેનેજમેન્ટ પર ઓબ્જેક્ટિવ અને વર્ણનાત્મક પેપર સમાવિષ્ટ થાય છે. Phase III એ 100 ગુણનું વ્યક્તિગત ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ છે.

અરજી તૈયાર કરવી

SIDBI દરેક નોટિફિકેશનમાં ફોટા અને સહીના ચોક્કસ માપ લખે છે, એટલે અપલોડ કરતાં પહેલાં નોટિફિકેશન ચકાસો. 2025 ચક્રમાં જનરલ, OBC અને EWS ઉમેદવારની ફી INR 1,100 હતી, જેમાં INR 925 અરજી ફી અને INR 175 ઇન્ટિમેશન ચાર્જ સમાવિષ્ટ છે.

SC, ST અને PwBD ઉમેદવારને ફક્ત INR 175 ઇન્ટિમેશન ચાર્જ ચૂકવવો પડતો, અને સ્ટાફ ઉમેદવાર આ ફી માટે મુક્ત હતા. આ સાઇટના ટૂલ્સ તમારી ફાઇલને જોઈતું કિલોબાઇટ પરંતુ લાવી શકે છે.

પરીક્ષાના દિવસે

કોલ લેટરના રિપોર્ટિંગ સમય કરતાં ઓછામાં ઓછું એક કલાક પહેલાં પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પહોંચો. પ્રિન્ટેડ કોલ લેટર, એડમિટ કાર્ડના નામ મળતું સરકારી ફોટા ઓળખપત્રનું મૂળ અને મળતો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટો લઈને જાઓ. ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક ઉપકરણોની પરવાનગી નથી, અને બહારથી લાવેલી કાગળ કે અભ્યાસસામગ્રી જપ્ત થઈ જશે.

સત્તાવાર SIDBI વેબસાઇટ અને જાહેરાત પર વર્તમાન જગ્યાની સંખ્યા, સ્ટ્રીમ પ્રમાણે આરક્ષણ, અભ્યાસક્રમ અને ચક્ર સમયપત્રક મળી રહેશે, એટલે છેલ્લો અધિકાર તેનો જ છે.
